Most Americans make New Year’s resolutions. There’s something about a new year that gives
people hope for a new start. From weight
loss, to budgeting, to quitting smoking, most make resolutions, but statistically
only 8% actually stick to those resolutions. This year, make a change you can
see almost immediately and enjoy throughout the year. We found some simple, dramatic ways to change
a room in your home; and maybe give yourself some motivation to stick with
those resolutions!
This idea would be a great way to not only transform a
room, but track your progress and help you stick with that weight loss
resolution. They say a picture is worth
a thousand words, but why not make those pictures sparkle? Simply use some hooks and string lights in
any pattern you’d like along one wall – we have several color options. Add some clothes pins, and you can clip your
progress pictures using the clothes pins.
This would be a wonderful project for your bathroom or bedroom, wherever
you plan to weigh in to track your progress.

The kids need renewed every now and then as well. You can renew your child’s room and create a
‘starry night’ very easily. Instead of
clipping the string lights to the wall, simply clip them to the ceiling. They can serve as the starry night most kids
enjoy as well as a night light.
Do you have a closet or pantry with little or poor
lighting? Rope light is an easy
fix. Simply secure it to the door frame,
and now you can see in that previously ‘dark’ space.

We would love to hear how you plan to ‘transform’ in
2015! Send us an email at [email protected]. If you’re transforming a room using some of
our products, we would love to see your pictures, so make sure you include them
in your email. We look forward to
serving all your needs again this year!
