With fall quickly approaching, we wanted to find some
drink recipes for all your fall kick-off parties. You could use this for a small get-together
around the bonfire or a fall school dance!

Warm and Spicy
Autumn Punch |

INGREDIENTS:

2 oranges 8 whole cloves 6 cups apple juice 1 cinnamon stick |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 cup honey 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice |
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350
degrees F (175 degrees C). Stud the whole oranges with cloves, and bake for
30 minutes. |

In a large saucepan,
combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to
medium, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg,
honey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. |

Serve hot in a punch
bowl with the 2 clove-studded baked oranges floating on top. |

Perfect Pear Brandy

INGREDIENTS: |
|
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pear brandy 1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice |
1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup 1 fluid ounce pear nectar |
DIRECTIONS:

Pour the brandy,
lemon juice, simple syrup, and pear nectar into a cocktail shaker over ice.
Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a
chilled martini glass to serve. |
