Shipping/Returns

Shipping Estimates
During checkout the store knows the weight of all items ordered and gets a close estimation from the shipping company about what the charges will be and this is what we add into the final cost of your order. On occasion the shipping estimate is too high or low and we will call to tell you the true costs we will add to your order.
 
Oversized Shipping Policy
We try to provide accurate shipping charges during the ordering process but some items are so large they give the shipping companies heartburn and they insist on charging extra. In these cases we will notify you of the extra shipping fees and confirm you still want the order.
 
Returns Policy
We realize you can change your mind and want to return a product we have already shipped. No problem. The product does have to be in the original packaging, resellable and we will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover our overhead. Please call us to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the official return product shipping address.
 
Shipping Damage Policy
We realize that there are times when an order has been damaged by the shipping company. We ask that you please receive the shippment and sign stating that the pack was damaged when you received your order. If you are unable to sign for the package and it is dropped off while you are not at home please note this at the start of the phone call. We also ask that you take a picture if possible and send to us when you call for the replacement. Please call us to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and the official return product shipping address. On damaged shippments we will send a call tag for the damaged items to come back to us at no extra cost to you.
